Client Onboarding is nothing but an experience you give to your client.
You will choose Taj Hotel over OYO rooms any day if given a choice even though its far more expensive, why?
Simply because Taj's experience is 100X better than OYO's.
The client is happy to pay more if he gets a premium experience.
2 tips to improve client experience:
Do a welcome call introducing your team to the client, and sharing their respective roles.
For every step in your agency have a written SOP, which everyone in your agency will follow, even YOU!
